Diary of Unknown Symptoms

Mystery of the Internal Vibration

Entry for March 30, 2007

By the end of the day, my nose is starting to be really itchy and I suspect it’s the candida returning. I decide to take some zinc with my dinner and I’ll need to get some more homeopathic copper as that in combination of the 100 mg of zinc is working the best.

  1. I’ve suffered since 1996 with all sorts of allergies – stuffy and runny nose, itchy nose, coughing, postnasal drip. Besides not eating things I was allergic to, when I found out what they were (fruits, potatoes, cooked grains, anything packaged and processed, sugar), what helped me was raw garlic, or, Olive Leaf Extract. These things kill candida, and the things I was allergic to, cause candida to proliferate. I can guarantee you, that if my nose itches, it is a precursor to having slimy spit, sinus issues, sneezing == which for me is candida showing up. There’s a candida spit test on the Internet: get a clear glass, fill it with water. Spit on the top, and wait about 8-10 minutes. The spit should float. If it sinks, or develops strings, you have a candida overgrowth. Any time I brush my teeth and my spit is not fluid but is sticky and viscous, that’s the same time my nose itches or is stuffy. I have a microscope now, and looking at this spit, you can see the yeast. So then, when I was yeast-free, I had some white basmati rice, and I could tell that I was going to get a sinus infection if I kept eating that, because it put the yeast spores in my saliva. I saw it under the microscope. I did keep going eating that, and some other things that usually cause that, and in days I had a sinus infection.
